The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. It was further from the city center than expected, and the spa facilities could use better maintenance.

Large room, excellent breakfast! Rooms a bit old-fashioned but clean.
Transport to the center, bus or bicycles would be ideal.

The hotel offers brand-new, top-notch rooms with great panoramic view, twin bed. The location is central. And it's 0.5 miles from Reykjavik airport;))

Had a fantastic group getaway! We enjoyed the nearby Laugardalur with its outdoor pool and botanical garden. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the beds were super comfortable. Just a short walk from the city center, perfect for both adventure and relaxation.
Breakfast options were limited, especially on busy days. The hot food sometimes came out cold, disappointing .

Spa facilities were cute and enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested. Our room's bathtub was clogged and the sheets had holes, made for an uncomfortable night. It was disappointing to see the hotel in such disrepair, and the breakfast options were lacking any real flavor or freshness.

To finish our trip to Iceland, we spent the night again in this hotel, hoping that this night would be as good as the last one we spent here. Not only that, but it was much better! Due to an incorrect charge on our credit card, which they solved after only 2 days after notifying us, not only did they give us back the incorrect amount, but when we arrived at the hotel, they assigned us a suite for the inconvenience caused! Therefore, not only do they offer comfortable, clean and modern facilities, but they also know exactly how to compensate a client for a mistake that everyone can make. We were only waiting for the refund of that amount, and they rewarded us with an upgrade, so we can't ask for anything else.
Obviously, nothing bad

Cozy, Cozy, Cozy
I loved the spacious Standard Double Room with an ocean view-waking up to that was an absolute dream! The wellness spa was a fantastic treat, especially the hot tub after a long day of adventures. Breakfast was a feast with so many options to choose from, including fresh fruit and excellent coffee-what a great way to kickstart the day!

Service was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to National Stadium and Aquatic Centre.
Room was quite stuffy. Hotel was a little rough around the edges/location not the best (taxi into city centre costs about £10). The top-notch service and generous breakfast compensated for this.

great hospitality , but could improve room amenities
The staff provided really good hospitality as a solo traveler feel special. The modern bedroom offered a comfortable bed, and I appreciated the personal touches throughout my stay. The sea view from my room was amazing.
An extra couple of blankets would've been extra amazing.
